Hi, I am Dr. Christie Vanorsdale. With over 15 years of experience in learning sciences and technology implementation, I help organizations build learning systems that drive real business results. My approach combines rigorous academic research with practical industry experience to create solutions that evolve with your organization's needs.

From my early work teaching English as a Second Language to completing my doctorate in Instructional Technology, I've focused on one key question: How do we create learning experiences that deliver lasting impact for both sides? This led me to develop comprehensive learning infrastructures that go beyond basic training to include robust quality assurance, governance, and performance measurement systems.
